What’s the difference between the licences?
Single-User is for one named person; Multi-User covers up to five users in your organisation; Corporate allows organisation-wide internal use. See our Terms for details.
Can I see the report before buying?
Yes — every report offers a free 8-page sample covering the table of contents, segmentation and a sample data table.
How is the report delivered?
Electronically as a PDF (with Excel/PPT where your licence includes them) immediately after payment.
Do I get updates?
Yes — every purchase includes free updates and minor revisions for 12 months.
Can the report be customised?
Yes — up to 20% customisation is free (additional countries, competitor profiles, or a custom segmentation cut). Request customisation from any report page.
Do you offer custom or syndicated research?
Yes. Tell us your scope via Custom Research and we’ll scope a project with a free feasibility call.
How do I pay / can I use a PO?
We accept card payment via a secure processor, and support invoicing and purchase orders for enterprise buyers.
What is your refund policy?
You can cancel for a full refund before delivery. After delivery, digital sales are final, but we’ll correct or refund a materially defective report — see Terms.
