These terms govern your use of marketspective.com and the purchase of our research reports and services. By using the site or buying a report, you agree to them.
Reports & intellectual property
All reports, data, charts and content are the intellectual property of Marketspective or its licensors and are protected by copyright. Purchase grants a licence to use the report — it does not transfer ownership.
Licence types
- Single-User Licence — one named individual may access and use the report. No sharing or redistribution.
- Multi-User Licence — up to five named users within the purchasing organisation may use the report internally.
- Corporate / Enterprise Licence — organisation-wide internal use across teams and locations.
No licence permits public posting, resale, sub-licensing, or distribution outside the licensed users. Excerpts may be cited internally with attribution to Marketspective.
Delivery & updates
Reports are delivered electronically (PDF, and Excel/PPT where included) after payment confirmation. Purchases include free updates and minor revisions for 12 months from the purchase date.
Payment
Prices are quoted in USD unless stated otherwise and exclude applicable taxes. Payment is processed by a third-party provider. Invoices and PO-based purchasing are available for enterprise buyers.
Refunds & cancellation
Because reports are digital goods delivered immediately, all sales are final once a report has been delivered. If you have not yet received the report, you may cancel for a full refund. If a delivered report is materially defective or not as described, contact us within 14 days and we will correct it or provide a refund at our discretion.
Disclaimer & liability
Reports are provided for information only and do not constitute investment, legal or professional advice. Forecasts are estimates based on data available at publication. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant report.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to our principal place of business; disputes are subject to the competent courts of that jurisdiction. Contact info@marketspective.com for specifics.
